Equilibrium Ventures, LLC is led by Itay Vinik, who serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer. Itay Vinik holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in global studies with a specialization in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2013. He has extensive experience in the financial industry, having worked as the Chief Investment Officer at United Global Advisors and as the Head Portfolio Manager at Ace of Swords, LP. Itay Vinik has not been involved in any disciplinary actions that would be material to a client's evaluation of the firm's management. In addition to his role at Equilibrium Ventures, LLC, Itay Vinik holds a Texas real estate license and manages multi-family properties through his holding companies. He spends approximately 2-4 hours a week monitoring his personal real estate investments. Clients of Equilibrium Ventures, LLC may be referred to his real estate businesses, but they are not obligated to use those services. Any compensation for real estate-related services provided by Itay Vinik goes directly to him or his holding companies, separate from the firm's services. Itay Vinik does not receive additional compensation beyond his role at Equilibrium Ventures, LLC and his ownership of the parent company, Towards Equilibrium LLC. As a Member and Chief Investment Officer of the firm, he is not subject to internal supervision but adheres to the firm's Code of Ethics.
