Clarivor is a registered investment adviser firm specializing in fee-based custom portfolio management services since August 17, 2020. Clients can select and invest in customized portfolios through Clarivor's web-based software, which also provides back-tested performance data and risk analysis. Fees are based on a percentage of assets under management, up to 0.85% annually, payable monthly. Clients may also opt for flat fees of up to $5,000 per month. Clarivor does not charge performance-based fees and offers services to various types of clients without minimum requirements. The firm uses quantitative analysis, statistical analysis, and scenario analysis to construct portfolios and manage risks. Clarivor has a Code of Ethics to ensure ethical conduct and manages personal trading to avoid conflicts of interest. The firm does not vote on client securities and does not provide tax or legal advice. Clarivor does not have custody of client funds or securities, except for fee deductions, and does not vote on client securities. The firm has discretionary authority over client accounts, subject to client-set objectives and limitations. Clarivor does not provide proxy voting advice and does not require prepayment exceeding $1,200.
