These Free Trial Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) describe the terms and conditions offered by Unbiased Inc. (or its successors or assigns) (“Unbiased”, we”, “our”, or “us”) during the free trial period of our web-based software platform and related services (the “Services” and such free trial, the “Free Trial"). These Terms incorporate and include our Professional Terms of Service. Any terms used herein that are not defined have the meaning set forth in our Professional Terms of Service.

The Free Trial shall commence on April 3, 2023 and end on July 2, 2023 (the “Free Trial Period”). During the Free Trial Period, you will be granted one (1) Growth subscription, providing full access to the UnbiasedPro platform with the ability to accept inquiries and add on up to five (5) locations per state at no cost, up to a maximum number of twenty (20) locations. You and your organization are limited to one (1) Free Trial.

Unbiased reserved the right to change, modify, or terminate the Free Trial at any time in our sole discretion for any reason or no reason. Unbiased will communicate to you using the contact information you provide while registering for the Free Trial. We will send reminders to you during the Free Trial Period in order to assist in your navigation and use of our platform and to notify you when the Free Trial Period will end.

To participate in the Free Trial, you must provide a Payment Method up front subject to our Professional Terms of Service. Unless you cancel your Free Trial before June 30, 2023, you will be charged for the subscription and locations you hold on July 3, 2023. The Growth subscription is $100 per month and Location Services are $85 per location per month and will be charged to Payment Method. During the Free Trial, we will load your account with Credits which will expire at midnight on July 2, 2023. Beginning from July 3, 2023, should you wish to purchase Inquiries, you must purchase Credits via your account pursuant to our Professional Terms of Service.

In order to terminate your Free Trial, you must notify [email protected] in writing no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the June 30, 2023. If you choose to leave the Free Trial before July 2, 2023 you will not be eligible to rejoin or restart the Free Trial.
