SF Advisors, LLC ("SFA") is a Boston-based investment adviser registered with the SEC under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Established in July 2019, SFA is wholly owned by Social Finance, Inc., a nonprofit founded in 2011. SFA specializes in impact investments, managing and advising on impact portfolios to generate positive outcomes for communities. The firm offers investment management services to various clients, including private and family foundations, community foundations, high net worth individuals, and institutional investors. SFA charges management fees based on the assets under management, with fees structured differently for each investment vehicle. The firm also provides impact investment consulting services on a fixed fee or hourly rate basis. SFA's investment strategies prioritize achieving positive social or environmental impact, tailored to each client's goals. The firm engages in impact measurement to track outcomes and inform future investments. SFA exercises complete discretionary authority over client investments, subject to the terms outlined in the Governing Documents. The firm provides annual audited financial statements to clients and maintains custody of client assets in qualified custodial accounts.
