Madison Capital Partners is a Chicago-based financial advisor firm founded in September 1997, primarily owned and controlled by Larry W. Gies. The firm specializes in providing investment advisory services to private pooled investment vehicles known as "Funds." These Funds are typically U.S. limited liability companies that invest in a wide variety of industries, focusing on acquiring controlling interests in companies to build branded market leaders.
