The Roxborough Group

The Roxborough Group, LLC is a real estate investment firm founded in 2013 and headquartered in San Francisco. The firm specializes in opportunistic, value-add, and transitional real estate assets, focusing on industrial, rental housing, office, and distressed hotels in the western US. They provide discretionary asset management services to pooled investment vehicles, including Roxborough Fund II, L.P. and Roxborough Fund III, L.P. The firm may also establish investment vehicles on a transaction-by-transaction basis. Roxborough manages each Fund's assets in accordance with the objectives and strategy defined in the Governing Fund Documents. As of December 31, 2014, Roxborough had approximately $627 million in regulatory assets under management. The firm does not participate in wrap fee programs and does not receive compensation from the sale of securities or other investment products. Roxborough may receive performance-based fees based on the net investment profit allocated to the capital account of its General Partner as "carried interest." The firm has implemented policies and procedures to ensure fair treatment in the allocation of investment opportunities among the Funds.
