RocketTrader, Inc. operating as Quants Compete, led by Matthew P. Jones, Ph.D., offers financial advisory services. Jones, with a background in Mechanical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Physics, is the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer at Quants. He also holds the FINRA Series 65 certification. Prior to Quants, Jones held roles at Cox Private Capital and Collins Aerospace. Quants discloses no disciplinary information related to Jones. He is also the Chief Compliance Officer at Cox Private Capital, an outside business activity occupying over 20% of his time. Jones may receive compensation as the majority shareholder of Quants. As the majority shareholder and key officer, Jones is responsible for all client advice. He has not been involved in any legal or bankruptcy proceedings.
