Meridian Credit Management LLC, also known as Gulf Stream Asset Management, is an investment adviser registered with the SEC since 1940. The firm specializes in advising and managing Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) Funds and warehouse vehicles. Their investment strategy focuses on U.S. institutional leveraged loans, high yield debt, and other credit debt instruments. The firm aims to achieve preservation of principal and above-average returns through income and capital appreciation. The firm has no financial conditions that would impair its ability to meet contractual commitments.
