Holland Investment Management, Inc., led by Gary Holland, was established in October 2011, with Mr. Holland serving as President and Chief Compliance Officer. He holds a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in International Finance from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Holland has over a decade of experience in the financial industry and holds the Professional Plan Consultant (PPC™) designation since November 2014. As a fiduciary, Mr. Holland does not engage in any outside business activities that require more than 10% of his time and does not receive additional compensation beyond his regular salary. He is the sole owner and Chief Compliance Officer of the firm, abiding by a strict Code of Ethics. Client assets are custodied at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., with stringent restrictions on asset movement. Mr. Holland has the authority to manage assets in client accounts but cannot transfer assets out except to other accounts in the client's name. Holland Investment Management has successfully passed multiple audits by the Texas State Securities Board, ensuring compliance and accountability. Mr. Holland has a clean disciplinary record with no legal or disciplinary events material to his evaluation. He has not been involved in any arbitration claims or civil proceedings, maintaining a clean regulatory history.
