Arbor Realty Collateral Management, LLC (ARCM) is a collateral and loan obligation manager established in 2005, providing advisory, administrative, and monitoring services for collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) such as Arbor Realty Commercial Real Estate Notes. ARCM, a registered investment adviser, is a subsidiary of Arbor Realty SR, Inc., a real estate investment trust. ARCM manages CLO portfolios to meet payment obligations and optimize returns.
