Jenkins Wealth® is an SEC Registered Investment adviser based in Colorado, established as Jenkins Wealth, Inc. The firm offers Financial Planning and Portfolio Management services tailored to individual client needs, including continuous Portfolio Management and Financial Planning. Investment portfolios are proposed using third-party money managers, primarily Market Guard®. Jenkins Wealth® may recommend insurance products based on client needs. The firm does not participate in wrap fee programs and has discretionary trading authorization, requiring written client approval for securities transactions. Fees are based on a tiered structure and include Financial Advisor Fees and Platform Fees, collectively referred to as the Advisory Fee. Clients may terminate accounts at any time. Investment strategies may include equity, fixed income, structured notes, and options trading. Jenkins Wealth® does not charge performance-based fees and generally serves individuals, high net worth individuals, trusts, estates, and organizations. The firm has no disciplinary events and maintains a Code of Ethics ensuring fair and ethical practices. Custody is limited to fee deduction, and the firm does not receive compensation for client referrals. Clients have access to account information through client portals. Jenkins Wealth® has discretion over client investments but does not accept voting authority for client securities.
