IFAM Capital, also known as Institutional and Family Asset Management, LLC, is a federally registered investment adviser that offers financial planning, wealth management, and investment advisory services to individuals and entities, including retirement plans. The firm was established on October 28, 2014, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Focus Financial Partners, LLC. IFAM provides tailored investment strategies, including two equity strategies with options overlay components: the Strategic Income Portfolio Strategy and the Dynamic Income Portfolio Strategy. Clients of IFAM can expect to pay wealth management fees ranging up to $350,000 for fixed fees and 2.00% for asset-based fees annually. The firm may also charge strategy fees ranging from 0.20% to 1.50%. IFAM does not provide services for performance-based fees and offers investment discretion to clients, allowing the firm to make investment decisions on their behalf. IFAM does not impose a minimum account requirement but retains the discretion to decline client engagements that are not a fit with the firm.
