Hot Creek Capital, LLC, established in 1993 and registered as an investment adviser in February 2013, specializes in providing investment management services on a discretionary basis to a privately offered pooled investment vehicle exempt from registration under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The firm's principal, Darren Tymchyshyn, CFA®, has a bachelor's degree from Cornell University and has been with Hot Creek since July 2008, serving as the Managing Member, President, Portfolio Manager, and Chief Compliance Officer. Darren has no disciplinary events to disclose and does not engage in any other business activities outside of Hot Creek.
